This is a breadlike kind of gyoza, a very popular gyoza restaurant in the place- Takeo, Saga. They also have ramen, and they call it moshi moshi ramen. My first time to eat a ramen with wakame sea weeds.

It looks like, but it's easy to eat because the skin isn't hard.
